瑜珈與日常生活應用:
自從開始做瑜珈之後,觀察到不只是身材的變化,而是生活上的應用。
譬如說:
1.綁鞋帶不用大翹屁股或是蹲下來綁,直接單腳站立即可(請看圖示範)
2.剩幾秒要過馬路,快步衝過去之後,氣不疾不徐,繼續優雅行走,只是頭髮分線大亂...
3.肺活量變大,講話鏗鏘有力,西西赫赫哈...
(不過這個看我不准,本身已經夠大聲,卻可助我練會失傳已久的獅吼功...)
--餐廳點菜,服務生立馬聽見你的聲音。
--主持活動時,輕聲即可管理現場秩序。
**注意,這些都還未用到丹田之力,即可達成。
4.地太滑,兩腿滑開之際,立馬找平衡點穩住,避免路上大劈腿。
5.體力大增(這我朋友講的,我個人認為是因為太開心),出國玩,可以5am睡覺,10am醒來,之後繼續碰跳到隔天早上5am,如此這般地作息循環...
6.肢體進步,拍照不用經過特訓,立即擺出model姿態。現在最火紅的阿帕契拍照,是star pose的衍生。
7.腳趾頭可以碰額頭或鼻子,聞聞腳的味道...
8.舞蹈律動,身體知道哪裡用力,哪裡放軟,或者是,有些動作衍生,根本是從瑜珈來的。改天po一個有關跳舞的。
諸如此類的生活應用,希望可以讓你愛上瑜珈
Yoga and the daily life
After starting my yoga journey, i notice not only the change of body shape but also the benefits in the daily life.
For example:
1.No need to show your big ass with knee down to tie the shoe laces. you can easily tie it by doing one leg balance, the gentleman or lady poses. (see the photo)
2.only few seconds left to cross the road. Just Run. You will find yourself with stable breath after run through the road, only the hairdo will change sometime.
3.The breathing capacity is getting better. your voice will be powerful and no one can ignore it. This is actually a good thing. When ordering food, waiters will hear you right away. When hosting an event, it is easy for you the manage the order.
4.When walking on the slippery ground, you will immediately find the balance in stead of huge leg split in public. Imagine what if you are wearing skirt or some handsome hunk is next to you...omg...
5.Gain more energy. When traveling, you can go to bed at 5am and get up on 10am and still feel energetic to explore outside world.
6.The open of the whole body and mind enable you to have model pose anytime anywhere. You have your runway.
7.Put your toes to touch the forehead or nose, and you have the chance to smell your toes. This is a rare opportunity and please do treasure this.
8.You get the vibe when dancing. By doing yoga, you know where to empower, where to relax for dancing. No awkward dancing pose when go clubbing.
After seeing those examples above, i think you feel the needs to do yoga right away.
