I’ve been eating at Yut Kee for the past 15 years and @rif9802, as a little boy since his family knows Uncle Jack and family.

This Hainanese chicken chop brings back to the good old days — simple, unpretentious stuff. Sometimes, that’s all we need in life. 😉

It is a blessing to have good food and we should all take food preparation seriously and appreciate food like how we savor all good food. Some people eat to live while others live to eat. Well, I would say I am a bit of both. Not entirely a big fan of food, as my dad always said that I eat like a cat. Wonder what does that mean. But nevertherless, I do like pretty things. So it started with food presentation everytime something is being served to the table. Then I thought its such a pity that it’ll be gone when you eat it.
