跑160公里，那肚子饿怎么办？
肚子饿，就吃啊！
我想小小提（投）醒（诉）一下，如果你明年也想参加我刚参加的这场越野赛 #ultratrailpanoramic 的话，食物方面自己要多加准备以防饿死在山里面。前半段赛程的食物其实都还很不错，该给吃的时候都有的吃。但是后半段直接是“每况愈下”，好几个补给站都没有看到传说中的热食，大家都快被饿死了。不过倒是蛮常看到快熟面的（因为是赞助商呀），只是每次都是mee mama吃多了也会怕呀。（还要是辣辣的东炎口味，小姐姐我都差点把喉咙咳出来了你说这我能吃吗？）
话说，我平日很努力在减少制造垃圾，但比赛的时候真的有很多无法避免的垃圾啊。。像是power gel的包装袋啦、电池啦、一些零嘴的包装啦等等。所以只好在跑步背包里带上可折叠的便当盒以及餐具，开餐的时候就用自己的“碗”和汤匙。虽然用后需要清洗有些麻烦，但想到自己成功减少了那一、两个垃圾，还是有种成就感的！

I've been working on something since the beginning of this year till now and I'm finally able to share it with you.
Earlier this year, I was setting goals for myself and one thing that I really want to be better at is to be more sustainable and I felt like I could do more. If you watch the vlogs, you'd know that I do practise the zero waste lifestyle and eventhough I'm not perfect at it, I still try my best to be better at it everyday! A common thing that I always hear people around me saying is that, the whole zero waste movement is intimidating, serious and they don't think their actions matter but no, it does matter!
After a few sleepness nights, I knew that I have to do this. To create a brand that can break the misconceptions! Watch this video to find out more!
