Growing up, mom always encourage me to get active. She taught me how to ride a bike, skate, sprint, how to long jump and basically everything sports! Only diff is that I’m really not good at netball and mom used to play netball for Johor state 😂 and this is a typical joke we have around the house since my other siblings are good with anything to do with balls 😅 Mom is still active now doing her occasional Tai Chi and mini jog...but nowadays most of her energy goes to managing her home garden and trips to local wet market - she carry all the stuff she bought all on her own And true story, she loves drinking milk especially Ensure Gold - mom said it helps her feel full, energetic and quench her thirst ☺ So when mom called me and asked me to get Ensure Gold, I learnt that Ensure Gold is high in protein & contain HMB (helps to build and repair muscle tissue which improves overall strength) which is great!
