หรือหลังขาด้วยท่า Legs Press มาฝากกันครับ
Hey FANS, shown here is an exercise that will hammer out your hamstring by using the leg press machine
การฝึกซ้อมคล้ายกับการเล่น Legs Press แตกต่างกันที่ทำแหน่งการวางขาจะยกสูง
แล้วกว้างกว่า Legs Press เท้าแบะออกนิดหน่อย จังหวะลง ลงจนสุดหัวเข่าติดหน้าอก
ก้นไม่ลอยจากเบาะดันขึ้นไปเกือบสุด ไม่ล๊อกหัวเข่า นับเป็น 1 Rep
พยายามโฟกัสที่ Hamstring
Its very similar to the leg press except feet are position uphigh and wide to encourage the involvement of Hamstring, goes down until knee are at your chest while MAKING SURE that your lower back doesn't come off the pad (this is very dangerous)
ทริคในการซ้อมท่านี้ก็คือ เราจะไม่ใช้น้ำหนักเยอะ เพราะความรู้สึกจะไปลงที่หน้าขามากกว่า ใช้น้ำหนักน้อย อาจจะเล่นจำนวน Reps เยอะหน่อย เพื่อให้ความเข้มข้นสูงขึ้นครับ สำคัญที่การโฟกัสกล้ามเนื้อ
Although alot of weight can be use but its not really recommended as the more bigger and powerful quad could take over...... Focus on pushing with the hams (although that ham mechanically are responsible for curling the legs) but this is one of those thing for you to do it and understand it. Finally, while pushing it back up, make sure you feel every inches of your ham and stop shortly just before locking out (never lockout)... Then repeat.

40-Minute Resistance Band Total Body Strength Training
Blast your whole body with this resistance band workout. Resistance band has got to be my favourite piece of fitness equipment as they are super affordable, easy to transport and extremely effective in strengthening the entire body. I travel with my resistance band wherever I go to make sure I get to workout no matter where I am! In this workout, I share with you some of my best and favourite resistance band exercises to target the larger muscles as well as smaller muscles. Plus, this is low impact so it’s suitable for everybody!
Duration: 35 Minutes
Sequence: 45 secs Workout - 15 secs Rest
Total Calories: 300 - 350 Cals
Lower Body
1. Resisted Squat
2. Reverse Lunge Single Arm Press
3. Glute Bridge
4. Glute Kickback
Upper Body
1. Narrow to Wide Row
