Our job is based around using the right words to phrase the facts and improve perception 🗣 There’s shouldn’t be a lot else to say that the tweet doesn’t, but there’s a lot of misleading information out there giving people the idea that they need to be juggling sharp kitchenware while they perform their lifts for benefits related to performance and function.

I’m not a psychologist, but I could talk about the logical benefits of and the reasons to meditate for 3-4 posts. I might just 🤷🏻♂️ ... it’s slightly out of my lane, but I believe in it and I don’t believe enough people package it how I’d want to hear it. For now let’s keep the concept simple.
