Step 1: Pick 5 exercises out of 10

Step 4: Take 2-3 minutes break after completed 5 exercises

This workout will help you to burn stubborn fat and strengthen your muscles! If you are new to my workouts, take it slow and steady!
Challenge: If you've been working out for a while now then try to maintain every REP GOAL (with good form), restart this workout if you fail to achieve the REP GOAL in any exercises.
To every beast out there, if this routine is too short for you, I challenge you to aim for 2-3 sets of this routine (note: you must restart the workout if you fail to achieve the REP goal in any exercises).
