We brought Arielle for her development check awhile back and the doctor mentioned that at her age, she should know her friends by name. She replied that her best friend is Hao hao and when I asked her “What do you both like to play together? She very excitedly replied… “MAHJONG!”. The doctor was typing and he looked up and said “Did I hear mahjong?”
We attribute the knowledge of mahjong to Papa’s weekend mahjong sessions with yeye and mama so I got her to gift these Mahjong cookies to Papa. She was really amused! These are part of @ilovefluffybakes Father’s Day Collection. Besides the mahjong cookies which is butter cookies with chocolate chip centre, there are Cornflakes Raisin Cookies Double, Chocolate Sea Salt Cookies, Melt in your mouth Butter Cookies. My new favorite is their Nutella Lava Cookies! Look at the oozy centre even after a day of receiving them!

BAHAN-BAHAN:
1/2 cawan mentega, dicairkan
1/3 cawan gula pasir
1/2 cawan gula perang
1 biji telur (Saiz A @ B)
1 sudu teh ekstrak vanila
1/4 cawan serbuk koko HERSHEY'S
1/2 sudu teh baking soda
1/2 sudu teh garam
1 1/3 cawan tepung serba guna
1 1/2 cawan cip coklat (HERSHEY'S Semi-Sweet & Special Dark Chocolate Chips)
HERSHEY'S Special Dark Chocolate Chips & HERSHEY'S Chocolate Syrup (untuk hiasan)

CARA-CARANYA:
1. Letakkan mentega cair ke dalam mangkuk besar, Sally tak guna mixer, depends on your preference. Selepas tu masukkan gula pasir, gula perang dan kacau sehingga campuran sebati. Selepas tu masukkan telur dan ekstrak vanila dan kacau lagi.
2. Campurkan serbuk koko, baking soda, dan garam, kemudian perlahan-lahan campurkan tepung. Pastikan semua sebati, kikis semua tepi tu. Kemudian baru masukkan coklat cip. Adun ala kadar je.
3. Rehatkan doh dalam 1-2 jam, kalau semalaman lagi bagus, jgn lupa tutup dengan plastik.
4. Panaskan oven 170°. Alas dulang pembakar dengan baking sheet, sendukkan adunan dalam 1-2 sudu ikut selera. Jarakkan sikit supaya tak melekat.
5. Bakar selama 8-10 minit (bergantung kepada kapasiti oven), atau sehingga masak. Biarkan sejuk sekurang-kurangnya 10 minit selepas dikeluarkan baru pindahkan ke bekas yg lain.

**TIPS 1:
Untuk nmpk macam gooey chocolate chip, letakkan HERSHEY'S Special Dark Chocolate Chips di atas biskut yang dah dibakar masa panas!
**TIPS 2:
Untuk pilihan cip coklat ikut selera, kalau nak campur 2-3 pun takpe tapi sukatan jgn berbeza sgt!

【Ingredients】φ7cm(10 cookies)
35g Dark chocolate
50g Vegetable oil
60g granulated sugar
35g Milk(room temperature)
Vanilla oil
100g Cake flour
20g cocoa powder
2g baking powder
35g Chocolate chips
*non melting powdered sugar
【Directions】
Preparation: Preheat the oven to 170°C.
①Melt chocolate in a double boiler.
②Add the Oil, Sugar,Milk and vanilla oil and mix together.
③Sift the flour,Cocoa powder, and baking powder together and mix.
④Add the Chocolate chips and mix.
⑤Roll the dough evenly into 10 small balls using your hands and place onto a lined baking sheet.
⑥Bake at 170℃（338°F）for 16minutes.
⑦Cool completely on wire rack and enjoy!
*non melting powdered sugar
(When the cookie is totally cool, sprinkle it if you like )
【材料】φ7cm(10こ)
ビターチョコレート 35g
太白ごま油(or サラダ油) 50g
グラニュー糖 60g
牛乳(室温) 35g
バニラオイル
薄力粉 100g
ココアパウダー 20g
ベーキングパウダー 2g
チョコチップ 35g
*溶けない粉糖
【作り方】
準備：オーブンは170℃に温めておく。
①チョコは湯せんで溶かしておく。
②①に油、砂糖、牛乳、バニラオイルに順に加えながら
その都度ていねいに混ぜる。
③薄力粉、ココア、ベーキングパウダーをふるって加えて混ぜる
④チョコチップを最後に加えて混ぜる。
⑤手で10個に分けて丸めてベーキングシートを敷いた天板に並べる。直径6cm位に平らにする。
⑥170℃に温めたオーブンで16分焼く。
⑦ケーキクーラーの上で冷ます。
*お好みで溶けない粉糖をかける。
