輪式慶中秋 先做3個簡單暖身
輪式是很多朋友練習瑜珈的關卡之一
而這3個動作只是先暖身,
當然只有3個動作其實可能不夠
但沒關係,先鬆鬆肩推推骨盆,
慢慢做再持續調整☺️
📌Tips:
1、Puppy Pose
四足跪姿後,雙手持續往前延伸、額頭點地
放鬆肩膀、找到腋下的空間
2、Dolphin Pose 海豚式
手肘貼地與肩膀同寬,膝蓋離地臀部往後送
透過手推地的力量,讓腋下、身體前側延伸
3、橋式
雙腳踩地與骨盆同寬、手指頭輕輕點到腳跟
臀部推高放鬆髖前側
先做這幾個簡單暖身,

一起練習瑜伽體位法 — 天堂鳥
Svarga Dvijasana / Bird of paradise
/
📌Tips:
1、先做側角式,讓手在腿內側緩和的開髖、腿、胸、肩慢慢打開,當然也可以做些其他準備☺️
但這個動作是我進入天堂鳥前,覺得最舒適的練習
2、練習側角式加深,加上開胸肩做個綁手練習。
3、學習讓後腳慢慢往前走,
一步走不到多走幾步就好
4、最後試著轉換重心到沒有綁手的那一腳,
再將綁手那腳,腳跟掂、腳趾頭再輕輕離地
可以都先屈膝以平衡、穩定後再做加深練習
5、最後先將下腳推直,再將上腳踢往天空

So start by practising with a wall, knowing the feeling of being upside down and most importantly, being able to breathe when you’re inverted.
