I'm thankful for today. ^_^ I started my morning with my favourite homemade breakfast, smoked salmon with poached egg on toast. I then met up with the #adibaes for a 45-minute high intensity workout session at @firestation.fit 🔥
After a kickass workout, I lunched at this lovely modern Korean restaurant. Just look at the dishes! 😍

Here's a #FunFitFact, whenever I stick to my workout routine, not only do I feel amazing, it makes me want to eat healthier too. I don't crave for naughty food as much & I instinctively want to fuel my body with good food.
