#throwback 其實法國除咗波爾多同布爾岡酒區之外，仲有好多好飲嘅酒區。早前出席咗隆河區其中最top嘅酒商 Maison Tardieu-Laurent嘅聚會，同莊主個仔Bastien Tardieu 會面，並試咗旗下6款紅白酒。佢哋嘅葡萄酒都係揀選biodynamic 做法，產量少，屬於精品葡萄酒。白酒我喜歡Hermitage Blanc Tardieu-Laurent 2014年，帶白花、奶油、烤烘、柑橘、礦物等味道，配上水牛芝士，帶出更多果香。紅酒我喜歡Cote-Rotie(Vielles Vignes) Tardieu-Laurent 2009年及Chateaneuf-Du-Pape Cuvee Speciale Tardieu-Laurent 2011年。前者非常優雅而帶紫花及黑莓香（只得3千支），後者香氣四溢帶紫花、紅莓及甜香料等味道（約4-5千支）。有時大家在緊張心情下，周末可以飲返杯鬆一鬆！Cheers! 🍷🥂🎉
#throwback Apart from Bordeaux & Bourgogne wine, there r also many great wines in other French regions. I’ve attended the tasting of one of the top Rhône Valley Vineyards negotiants Maison Tardieu-Laurent & happy to meet with Bastien Tardieu, the 2nd generation of the negotiant firm. I’ve tried 6 red & white wines. Their boutique wines r biodynamic & the production is small. For white wine, I like Hermitage Blanc Tardieu-Laurent 2014 with floral, creamy, toasty, citrus & mineral notes. It brings out more fruity flavour of the wine when pairing with burrata cheese. For red wine, I like Cote-Rotie(Vielles Vignes) Tardieu-Laurent 2009 & Chateaneuf-Du-Pape Cuvee Speciale Tardieu-Laurent 2011. The fore wine is very elegant with violet & blackberry notes (limited to 3000 bottles) and the rear one is aromatic violet, raspberry & sweet spices notes (limited to 4000-5000 bottles).
