She did pull-ups x 10 reps in a row.
According to the program, she have to complete 50 reps in total after Clean & Jerk practice.
Just remind you that pull-ups (with pronated grip) is much harder than chin-ups (supinated grip)
▶️For the beginners, your goal is to do ONE rep clean & perfect chin-up.
You will start doing slow eccentric x 30s.
▶️For the intermediate trainees, your goal is to do 30-40 reps chin-ups within 20mins.
▶️For the advanced trainees, you will carry additional weight to do chin-ups.
And start to perform rings chin-ups as well.
▶️Whats next?
The trainees will learn Rings chin-ups with false grip.
▶️Then, the trainees will start to practice Rings muscle-ups.
Once you achieved one level, you have to focus on the next one. #BeRelentless

What is circuit training??🤔🤔

Circuit training is basically a method of workout that involves a number of exercises arranged in a proper sequence into one GIANT SET in a certain time frame, number of sets and reps to be performed.
You can design a circuit for TOTAL BODY , LOWER BODY, UPPER BODY or even for CARDIO, STRENGTH focused, COORDINATION focused and so on , entirely up to you.( JUST MAKE SURE ITS REALISTIC)

What are the benefits of circuit training? .
- time efficient ( safes time)
- targets more muscles
- fat burning!! Especially if you are plateau and looking for a major progression

Is it recommended for beginners?

If you ask me i would say , if programmed properly circuit can still be done in the beginning stage , but then makr sure you have covered your basics/form/ techniques.

Physique Disclaimer: Throughout my fitness journey. I did not achieve this physique by doing these exercises alone. This video is specially made for those who can't go to the gym or do not have any gym equipment at home to get started in training and engaging their muscles. Some people may suggest Rowing under the table/chair to train their Back, unfortunately, I can't share this advice because I f***ed up before by almost flipping my table, not so safe. Another option you can train your muscle is resistance bands, they are light and easy to carry but heavy for the muscles! Once again, this video is for those who have completely no equipment at all to get started at home. Are these exercises still useful? For beginners, yes! Speaking about Muscle Hypertrophy, imo it is still better to train with Dumbbells and Barbells (soon I will be posting a series of follow-along dumbbell workouts so please subscribe).
