Tried EMS (electro muscular stimulation) at Bodytec yday. Just 20 minutes of it is said to be more efficient than 60 minutes of resistance training in the gym or with a trainer. With all the electro pulses 'squeezing' the body, it reminded me a lot of those machines in slimming centres. But in this you have to do exercises like squats and lunges. Just twice a week is said to show results of strengthened/toned muscles or reduction in inches. Hmmm it might feel weird to have wires all over or exercise with electro pulses contracting your muscles, and while it might be a shortcut to muscle definition, some people prefer to just put in the hours at the gym.
