運動時我好少飲能量飲品，除非真係要跑好耐，大概90分鐘以上先會飲少少，嗰陣時體內儲存的醣先會用完😂 （但當然也要考慮運動強度、天氣等）

I would like to share with you all on a tips to recover fast.
"A powerful visualisation"
I always visualise myself to be like a Wolverine. With the powerful regenerative capabilities, able to recover at a much faster rate between training sessions. Now I am working on recover fast between repetition and want to execute all the repetition perfectly.
Visualisation on how fast Wolverine heal, and regenerate then visualise you are like him. By doing that, you are creating a strong mental image of you, your body would always follow what your thought is, it cannot differentiate whether it is right or wrong and it will do it best to heal and recover fast as well!
*I used to visualise myself like the Flash as well, being the speedster! Speeding up on the road and up to the stairs.
