横浜市日ノ出町の家系ラーメンといえば…！神奈川県横浜市中区日ノ出町『たかさご家本店』にお邪魔しました。京急本線「日ノ出町駅」から1分ほどにあり、緑の看板に大きく「とんこつラーメン」とあるのですぐ分かります。家系ラーメンの歴史の上でも名前がよく出るお店で、詳しいことは他に譲りますが、こちらで修行された方々がさらに分かれて有名な家系ラーメン店を出されています。普段は夜中まで営業されているので、深夜にふと食べたくなった時にもつい寄れてしまうのも嬉しいですね。それでは早速ご覧ください！

Speaking of Iekei Ramen in Hinode-cho, Yokohama City ...! We visited "Takasagoya Main Store" in Hinode-cho, Naka-ku, Yokohama-shi, Kanagawa! It's about 1 minute from "Hinodecho Station" on the Keikyu Main Line, and you can easily find it because the green sign says "Tonkotsu Ramen"! It is a shop whose name often appears in the history of Iekei Ramen, and I will leave the details to others, but the people who trained here are further divided into famous Iekei Ramen shops. 昨年オープンの人気家系ラーメン店にマコが初訪問！神奈川県高座郡寒川町『天王家寒川総本店』にお邪魔しました。寒川駅から約1.4km、お店にはお店専用の駐車場が完備されています。2020年7月にオープンされたお店で、いつ伺ってもお客さんが途切れずに入店されている地元で人気の家系ラーメン店です。チャーシューの美味しさに定評があり、人気のチャーシューメンは売り切れていることが多いほど。気になる方はお早めの来店をオススメします。それでは早速動画をご覧ください！

Mako visits a popular Iekei ramen shop that opened last year for the first time! I visited "Samukawa Sohonten" in Samukawa-cho, Koza-gun, Kanagawa. Approximately 1.4km from Samukawa Station, the store has its own parking lot. Opened in July 2020, it is a popular local ramen shop where customers can enter without interruption whenever they visit. It has a good reputation for the deliciousness of char siu, and the popular char siu men are often sold out. If you are interested, we recommend you to come to the store as soon as possible. 千葉で出会ったニューラーメンショップのお店！千葉県習志野市『ラーメンかいざん』にお邪魔してきました。創業者の方のお父さんのお名前「海山」からとった店名が「かいざん」なのだそうです。「ニューラーメンショップ」とはラーメンショップから派生したそうですが、ラーメンショップとはまた別の会社が母体になっているようです。同じ派生店で「新ラーメンショップ」という名称のお店もあるとのこと。看板やラーメンの盛り付け方、お店が展開ている地域などそれぞれちょっとずつ違うようですね。今回は、店主の方から貴重なお話を伺いながらオススメの今回はラーメンを食べてきました。いろいろ興味深いお話もありましたので、是非最後までごゆっくりご覧ください！
