Surprised that I still can run a decent pace with this worn out shoe, apart from not being able to run far due to past injury for a year (I run 5km or less, 3-4 times a week), it has been tough trying to stay sane with this cluttered mind. My friend @kit_1990 said I need to stop self sabotage 🤣.

Apart from losing a parent in the past year, I lost my focus and feels demotivated way too often. Grateful that I have a good support system (thank you to all my friends who spared their ears and eyes for my whines) and getting all these wonderful opportunities to spread my wings 🙏🏻 🍀

Am glad that I got the fix I needed from my favorite chiropractor, everything is in place 🤣 (I hope I don't break anything again). It's a blessing in disguise getting a race slot with my limited training time and also getting sick for the past few weeks 😵. Am glad to be back and hope I will be consistent with my training. Next year is gonna be EPIC!
