．習慣性熬夜
年輕人嘛哪個會早睡？不少人在晚上12時才開始精彩的一天，煲劇、打機、玩電話，或者無所事事地東摸摸西摸摸，不經不覺就摸到凌晨兩三點！習慣成自然每晚要到半夜才開始有睡意，偶然想早點睡也不能順利入睡。
✔建議方案：提早進行睡前儀式，例如洗澡、刷牙、敷面膜等，逐步提前入睡時間。
．報復性熬夜
