[ Ingredients ]
2 packet MAGGI® 2-Min Asam Laksa Noodles
2 tbsp Cooking oil
50g Bean sprouts
60g Coconut milk
2 piece Tau Pok
8 pieces Prawns
50g Fish cake
10g Laksa leaves (finely chopped)
1½ packet of MAGGI® Assam noodles seasoning
Salt and sugar to taste
4 Shallots (thinly sliced)
3 clove Garlic (minced)
1 Chilli (sliced)
[ Steps ]
1. In a pot, blanch MAGGI® 2-Min Asam Laksa Noodles for about 1 minutes. Drain and set aside.
2. In a pan with 2 tbsp cooking oil, add shallots, garlic, chilli and stir fry until fragrant.
3. Add in fish cake, prawns and tau pok, and stir fry until slightly cooked.
4. Add in coconut milk, MAGGI® 2-Min Asam Laksa Noodles seasoning, bean sprouts, and mix evenly.
5. Add in blanched MAGGI® 2-Min Asam Laksa Noodles, laksa leaves, salt and sugar. Mix evenly and serve.
6. Garnish with laksa leaves.

Hey peeps , wanna share a fail proof Nasi Goreng Kampung recipe using Pes Perencah Maggi®️ Baharu ✨ It's so easy to cook with this seasoning paste , it's made with fresh onion and ikan bilis anchovies, Gerenti Menjadi yo 😊
Here's the recipe :
1. Heat up some oil, fry the ikan bilis and set it aside.
2. Put in Nasi Goreng Pes Perencah MAGGI®️ BAHARU in the remaining oil, add some chopped garlic(optional) and fry it well.
3. Put in the sliced chicken breast and fry it together.
4. Pour in 2 eggs and fry it well.
5. Put in cili padi and kangkung, stir it until well mixed.
6. Add the fried ikan bilis and sliced chili for garnishing.
7. Ta-Daa! The dish is ready now!

Abalone and Oyster Phoenix Rolls
Ingredients:
3 pcs Chicken drumstick
100 gm Korean dried oyster
8 pcs Braised abalone
1 whole Spinach (cooked)
200 gm Broccoli
Braised Oysters' Ingredients:
15 gm Ginger
15 gm Spring onion
Seasoning:
300 gm Chicken broth
1 tbs MAGGI® Oyster Sauce
1 tsp MAGGI® Chicken Stock
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Dark soy sauce
Additional Material
1 sheet Aluminum foil
Marinade:
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp MAGGI® Chicken Stock
Preparation method:
1. Place the marinated chicken drumsticks together with the oysters and spinach onto the aluminum foil and roll it tightly to form a chicken roll. Steam and set aside.
2. Blanch the broccoli. Then, lightly season and sauté the broccoli. Plate it and set it aside.
3. Bring the seasoning to a boil, add abalone in and cook through. Thicken it with cornstarch and arrange neatly on the broccoli.
4. Remove the chicken from the aluminum foil, dip it into tapioca our and deep fry until golden brown. Slice and place the chicken rolls on the platter. Ready to serve.

Ingredients:
Pickled Mustard Greens ------- 120 g
Beef Short Ribs --------------------- 220 g
Pickled Sichuan Peppers ------ 20 g
Minced Ginger ---------------------- 2 Slices
Ginger ----------------------------------- 2 Slices
Minced Garlic ----------------------- 2 Cloves
Scallions ------------------------------ 2 Stalks
Pepper --------------------------------- 2 Pcs
Chinese Celery -------------------- 1 Stalk
Shaoxing Wine -------------------- 1 tsp
Maggi Seasoning ---------------- 1 tsp
Sichuan Peppercorn Oil ------ 1 tsp
Sugar ---------------------------------- 1/2 tsp
Marinade Ingredients:
Soy Sauce -------------------------- 1 tsp
Oyster Sauce --------------------- 1 tsp

Preparation:
1. Marinate the beef short ribs with the marinade ingredients.
2. Heat up a frying pan. Stir fry the Chinese mustard greens without adding any oil until the you can smell the flavor of it.
3. Add oil and ginger slices. Stir fry to enhance flavor.
4. Heat up a frying pan with oil. Stir fry with minced ginger, pickled Sichuan peppers, minced garlic and scallions.
5. Stir fry with marinated beef and then add Shaoxing Wine.
6. Stir fry with Chinese mustard greens, pepper, Chinese celery, sugar and Maggi Seasoning.
7. Finally add some Sichuan peppercorn oil to boost the flavors.

「野山椒酸菜炒牛肉」
材料:-
酸菜(切細)..........120g
牛肋肉(切片)......220g
野山椒.................20g (15隻)
薑米.....................2片
薑片.....................2片
蒜蓉.....................2瓣
蔥段.....................2棵
辣椒(切小段).......2隻
中芹.....................1棵
紹興酒..................1茶匙
鮮醬油..................1茶匙
花椒油..................1茶匙
糖..........................1/2茶
醃料:-
醬油.....................1茶匙
蠔油.....................1茶匙
麻油 ....................1茶匙
木薯粉.................1/2 茶匙
糖 ........................1/4 茶匙
做法:-
1. 牛肋肉片加入醃料拌勻備用。
2. 熱鍋下酸菜煸香,然後下油、薑片炒香拿出備用。
3. 熱油鍋下薑米、野山椒、蒜蓉、蔥白炒香,然後下牛肋肉片爆炒,從鍋邊下紹興酒炒勻。
4. 將酸菜、蔥段、辣椒、中芹、糖、鮮醬油下鍋炒均勻,最後下花椒油入鍋拌勻便可。

日本和牛 200g Japanese Wagyu
馬鈴薯 2個 (~600g) Potato
美極 1tsp Maggi Seasoning
蠔油 1tsp Oyster Sauce
蜜糖 3tsp Honey
黑椒 1/2tsp Black Pepper
蒜頭 2瓣 Garlic
指天椒 1/2隻 Red Chili
蔥 1棵 Scallions
醃料 Marinade:
豉油 1tsp Soy Sauce
砂糖 1/4tsp Sugar
黑椒 1/8tsp Black Pepper
麻油 1/2tsp Sesame Oil
1. 和牛切粒,加入砂糖,豉油,麻油及黑椒醃15分鐘
2. 蒜頭切成蓉,指天椒切細,蔥切成蔥花備用
3. 馬鈴薯去皮切塊沖水後瀝乾水份
4. 預熱油鍋,加入馬鈴薯以中火炸至微黃色後盛起,靜待5-10分鐘
5. 以大火預熱油鍋,將馬鈴薯炸至金黃色脆身,用廚紙吸乾油份備用
5. 蠔油及美極先拌勻,再加入蜜糖
6. 先炒香和牛粒,盛起備用
7. 爆香黑椒,蒜蓉及指天蔥
8. 加入馬鈴薯及和牛粒炒勻
9. 加入調味料及蔥花炒至乾身,完成

牛油 14g Butter
麵粉 14g Flour
洋蔥 1/2 Onion
黑椒 10g Black Pepper
茄汁 20g Ketchup
喼汁 10g Worcestershire Sauce
砂糖 20g Sugar
鹽 1tsp Salt
美極 1tsp Maggi Seasoning
生抽 15g Soy Sauce
水 300ml Water
1.以慢火煮溶牛油,加入麵粉炒至起泡泡,盛起備用
2.把洋蔥切粒,以大火炒洋蔥,洋蔥炒至軟身後再以慢火煮,加入黑椒,炒匀
3.把茄紅、喼汁、糖、鹽、豉油和美極鮮醬油混合攪拌,加入水,再次攪拌
4.把醬汁加進洋蔥內,以小火煮至稠身,加蓋煮5-10分鐘,關火
5.煎熟豬扒和飯,加上醬汁,完成
