- Seabass Donburri [8/10]. Seaweed rice with Miso Seabass fillet + radish, carrot & bokchoy.
The 'glutinous rice' texture is surprisingly good. Seaweed adds to the magic. Fish was crispy outside. Juicy inside. The vege makes it almost a homey dish. RM25.
- Burnt Cheesecake was dense and yummy. RM18.
- Matcha Berry Roll is my favourite here. Reminds me of Japan 😂. RM12

This girl was eating her favourite masago gunkan (sushi rice wrapped in seaweed and topped with smelt roe) today when she felt something hard and took it out to show me. I thought it came from the food and told her to leave it aside before she exclaimed "Mummy, it's my tooth!" Haha. Yup, she dropped her first tooth, a top central incisor!
She didn't find it painful even though there was quite a bit of blood. What was hilarious was that we then realised there were about 5-6 roe stuck in the tooth and we couldn't get them out, so we brought everything home to clean. Lol.
She has written a note to Tooth Fairy and has been looking forward to this day for a long, long time. See that big, cute smile? I guess there's gonna be some magic in our home tonight!

Magic onigiri rice ball, salmon, wakame seaweed, gomoku okowa. They are made of Alpha rice(cooked and dry packed rice, processed quick-cooking rice). Gomoku Okowa is steamed glutinous rice with vegetables and deep-fried tofu. They are very convenient for emergency foods, aren't it?

14粒份量 14pieces
八爪魚粒 40g Diced Octopus
椰菜 40g Cabbage
麵粉 100g Cake Flour
芝士片 1 Sliced Cheese
水牛芝士 適量 Mozzarella
雞蛋 1隻 Egg
鹽 ¼ tsp Salt
水 220g Water
紫菜碎 適量 Seaweed
木魚碎 適量 Katsuo bushi
燒章魚丸醬 適量 Takoyaki Sauce
沙律醬 適量 Mayonnaise
八爪魚烚水後取起備用，椰菜切粒備用
雞蛋加入鹽，麵粉，水後攪拌至完全混合
粉漿過篩一次，隔走未溶化粉粒
燒熱模具，掃上油，加入粉漿至9成滿
放入八爪魚粒，適量椰菜粒，芝士片及芝士碎
粉漿凝固後，將丸子轉起90度，再倒入粉漿煎到成形，表面金黃
表面唧上燒章魚丸醬，沙律醬，撒上適量紫菜碎，木魚碎，即成
