Did a solo 40KM TT a day prior to my 1st Dose of vaccination and also before the begin of Full MCO.
Had a sachet of Mitoceps an hour prior to this session and prime my mind for it.
Started the challenge at 6.30pm. Under the bright hot 🌞 and I have to ride a total of 18 laps (+-2.15km) around the UM Tasik Varsiti.
There were a total of two short stretches of slope, four bumpers, one down hill per laps.
It was a challenging ride especially you are doing it solo, no drafting. I am confident to do it better the next round prior to the big day. Can't wait to ride even faster the next round.
Clocked a 1:09:43 min for 40KM TT. Targeting to do a sub 1:05:00 min on a faster course in the future.
Refuel myself with my favourite meal: Overnight rolled oats + chia seeds + 🥑 + 🍊 + dragon fruits + 🍌 + almonds + sunflower seeds + macadamia + pumpkin seeds + dried cranberries + raisins + walnuts and @mightypeauk Mighty Pea Milk.
