香港大學學生會校園電視就香港警務處及鳳凰衛視聯合製作《暗夜星辰》擅用本台片段之譴責聲明

警方於七月二十二日在社交媒體發佈了與鳳凰衛視聯合製作的紀錄片《暗夜星辰》。其中，二零一九年十月一日有關「警方在荃灣示威中開實彈打中一人左胸」的兩條片段（51:51 - 53:10），為本台記者所拍。本台翻閱過往紀錄，證實警方及鳳凰衛視均在沒有徵得本台授權下，擅自使用本台所拍攝的片段。

本台曾以電郵向警察公共關係科查詢該片段的截取途徑及授權過程，警察公共關係科當值新聞主任透過電郵作出回覆，該電郵長達四百零九字描述紀錄片的製作過程和分工，卻沒有回答我們兩條簡單的提問。本台亦曾經透過電話向鳳凰衛視查詢有關事宜，惟該電視台拒絕直接回應，截稿前亦未曾以任何形式回覆本台。

本台在此就警方及鳳凰衛視在未經授權下，於其製作內使用並剪輯本台採訪人員拍攝的片段，予以強烈譴責。此等行為對本台極不尊重。本台要求警方及鳳凰衛視尊重前線記者及所有記錄者的心血，並承諾日後要先申請授權，列明影片出處以作指定用途。

Campus TV, HKUSU’s Statement of Condemnation of the Unauthorised Use of Video Clips in “Starry Night”, Co-produced by the Hong Kong Police Force and Phoenix TV

The Police released a documentary named “Starry Night”, jointly produced with Phoenix TV, on its social media platforms on July 22nd. The said documentary features two video clips of the police shooting an individual in the left chest in Tsuen Wan (51:51 - 53:10) on October 1st, 2019. These clips were captured by reporters affiliated with Campus TV, HKUSU (hereinafter “Campus TV”). Campus TV has looked into the matter by examining its previous correspondence and requesting that the Police and Phoenix TV provide relevant information. It is confirmed that both parties have used video clips owned by Campus TV without gaining any approval.

Campus TV has contacted the Police and Phoenix TV, via email and phone respectively, to inquire how they obtained, and gained authorisation for the use of, the said video clips - but to no avail. Instead of giving a direct answer, the Information and Publicity Officer from the Police Public Relations Branch detailed the production process of the documentary in its 409-word reply. Phoenix TV has refused to answer the questions raised by Campus TV directly. As of publication, there has not been any response regarding the acquisition of the said clips.

Campus TV hereby strongly condemns the unauthorised use and editing of videos recorded by its reporters by the Police and Phoenix TV in their documentary. Such acts are nothing but disrespectful to Campus TV. Campus TV demands that the Police and Phoenix TV respect the efforts of every journalist, especially those working at the frontlines; as well as promise to seek their authorisation and indicate the source of the clips utilised before publication.

熬夜的十萬個理由
現代人生活多姿多采，「早點睡」永遠是一個美好但難以實現的願望，誰不知道早點睡對身體好？誰不知道晚睡會無精神皮膚差又有熊貓眼？但偏偏每一晚都有原因令我們不願入睡！以下三種常見的熬夜原因，你屬於哪一種？熬夜傷陰又傷肝，還是及早脫離夜貓子的生活吧！你會慢慢見到健康和皮膚狀況都有所改善。

．習慣性熬夜
年輕人嘛哪個會早睡？不少人在晚上12時才開始精彩的一天，煲劇、打機、玩電話，或者無所事事地東摸摸西摸摸，不經不覺就摸到凌晨兩三點！習慣成自然每晚要到半夜才開始有睡意，偶然想早點睡也不能順利入睡。
✔建議方案：提早進行睡前儀式，例如洗澡、刷牙、敷面膜等，逐步提前入睡時間。

．報復性熬夜
「只有半夜才是屬於我的時間。」「媽媽熬的不是夜，是自由。」很熟悉的兩句對白吧？！不少人在白天工作忙碌，或者像全職媽媽般整天都在照顧別人，唯有到晚上才擁有真正屬於自己的時間，明明已經累到不行，但仍然要看一集韓劇或拿著手機不停滑，其實都是在做心理補償。
✔建議方案：適量的放縱是可以的，但不妨列個睡前清單令自己適可宜止，例如打機過了一關就要立即睡覺。

．壓力性熬夜 
香港人工時長為全球之冠，工作壓力大，白天時腦袋不停在轉，到了晚上也未能放鬆，更甚者要把工作帶回家，思慮過多便令人有失眠問題，難以入睡、睡不安寧、多夢都屬於失眠範疇，想睡而不能睡真的非常痛苦。
✔建議方案：睡前做瑜伽、打坐放鬆心情

3 common reasons people stay up late
Modern people have exciting lives. "Going to bed early" seems like a beautiful but unrealistic wish. Everyone knows that sleeping early is good for health. We all know that sleeping late will lead to fatigue and dark eye circles. But every night, there is always a reason for not going to bed! Are any of below your reason for staying up at night? They can only have their own time at night. Although they are very tired, they still have to watch an episode of Korean drama or be on their phones for a bit. They do this to compensate themselves mentally.
✔Suggestion: It is ok to relax in the proper way. But you can make a to-do list before going to bed to control yourself. For example, you should go to bed immediately after beating a stage of a game.

The working hours in Hong Kong is the one if the highest in the world, and the work pressure is high. During the day, you are always thinking and cannot relax at night. Some may even have to take work home. Excessive thinking can cause insomnia. Difficulty falling asleep, poor sleep and frequent dreams are signs of insomnia. It is really painful it you cannot fall asleep while you are sleepy.
✔Suggestion: do yoga before bed and meditate to calm the mind
