Sending in my homework for the Spartan Training Series from the The Movement Playground. I had the added challenge and distraction of a frisky puppy and two monkeys but it was definitely lively!
We are trying our best to keep our MPG community alive and inspired despite no being able to train physically but the Virtual Race we have created is doing a great job of keeping us stronger together!
Below is a summary of what I had to do: (aiming for Super Spartan, which is in between the Sprint level for beginners and Beast for hardcore enthusiasts) This week is about agility and intensity. You can see I was struggling with all the jumping 😅😅😅
Starting off with 3 sets of 15 A-Skips, Lateral A-Skips ad High Knee Sprint
Then it’s 3 sets of Jump Lunge Cycles (8x8), SL Box Jumps (8x8) and Burpee Box Jumps
Finish off with 12 Seated Straight Leg Raises E.M.O.M (every minute on the minute) for 10 minutes.
Distance Challenge: Broad Jump + Reverse QM
15 reps x 5 sets

Xin chào các bạn, An đã trở lại rồi đây. Với ngày tập chân mông mình đã test với mức tạ nặng nhất, kỉ lục nhất với mình, đó là 160kg ..... OMG siêu siêu nặng chưa lần nào nghĩ tới trong đời nhưng sau cố hết sức thì mình nâng đã chinh phục được mức tạ này, thank God.
Qua video này mình muốn nhắn nhủ rằng không được sợ quá khứ, đừng để nỗi sợ đánh bại bản thân, hãy tin tưởng vào bản thân, vào năng lực của mình bởi chúng ta có thể làm những điều mà chúng ta không thể ngờ được, vậy tại sao b không cho bản thân cơ hội để thể hiện?
