親愛的觀眾朋友們,因應疫情升溫,忠泰美術館配合中央防疫升級及市府相關防疫規定,即日起將加強實施以下入館相關防疫措施,敬請各位觀眾朋友配合,謝謝!
📍入館參觀之每一位觀眾,請配合美術館實聯制措施,於入館前填寫紙本或電子的「防疫聲明書」:https://reurl.cc/v1yrke 。
📍入館參觀者皆需配合館方測量額溫及雙手酒精消毒,並請務必全程佩戴口罩。
📍啟動入館人流管制作業,開館期間如達管制人數上限,將暫停開放民眾入館。
📍於6/8前,將暫緩大型活動、團體活動及暫停開放團體導覽預約服務。
📍凡曾於14日內有出入境之旅遊史,或體溫超過37.5度、有感冒、咳嗽或發燒等症狀者,將不得入館參觀,並請儘早就醫或執行自主健康管理。
💡本館工作人員、第一線服務人員於值勤前均落實測量額溫、手部酒精消毒,執勤時皆佩戴口罩。如果發現工作人員有感冒等徵狀者,將要求其暫停工作儘速就醫,並依政府規定執行自主健康管理。本館已加強每日環境清潔及消毒作業。
💡防疫措施將配合衛生福利部疾病管制署相關通報訂定,如有任何更新將即時公告於忠泰美術館官網及Facebook粉絲專頁。美術館舉辦之相關活動,將視疫情調整入場規範與活動形式,相關辦法請詳見各項活動頁面之說明。

Jut Art Museum COVID-19 Precautionary Measures
To comply with the upgraded epidemic prevention measures of the Central Epidemic Command Center and related protective regulations of the Taipei City Government, Jut Art Museum has taken the necessary measures to ensure that everyone’s visit is as safe as possible. Please read on the followings below:
📍Visitors’ Health Declaration: For stable control of the pandemic situation, each visitor must fill in the Health Declaration on site ( https://reurl.cc/MZajjX ). If you have traveled abroad within 14 days, to reduce the risk of disease transmission, you should stay at home or within the area specified by the health authority.
📍Personal hygiene and protection: All visitors are requested to wear facemasks during their visits in the museum. The museum staff will take visitors’ body temperature at the entrance as necessary precautions. Visitors are also advised to clean the hands with alcohol hand sanitizer.
📍The admission will be suspended when the number of visitors reaches the regulated maximum capacity.
📍All events and guided tours before June 8th are cancelled or postponed.
📍Visitors whose body temperature exceeds 37.5℃ are advised to seek medical care and their admission will not be allowed.
📍Other than above measures, Jut Art Museum will continue to take standard precautions advised by the Department of Health, Taipei City Government. Any further adjustments will be updated on our website and Facebook fanpage immediately. As for current exhibitions and events, referring regulations will be posted on each web page.
💡Jut Art Museum follows guidelines from Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) for contact-information-based measures for COVID-19 to protect personal data. Your personal data will only be retained within the Jut Art Museum for the necessary and reasonable scope of the Collection Purpose.

5 Ab exercises that burn massive calories.

Note: This is not a spot-reduction video. I called this "Fat burning Abs exercise" is because these ab movements have a great cardio element in it, in other words, they will help you to burn more calories than any standard ab exercise.
Doing these exercises alone won't help you to get rid of your belly fat. Getting a defined six-pack ab is all about getting down to a low body fat level + a certain level of muscularity (your abdominal muscles). This routine only works if you train and eat right consistently (frequently up to 5 times a week), make sure you train every other body part with other bodyweight exercises or weights training.
The best and fastest way to achieve a defined six-pack ab is the combination with your diet, your day to day food routine. Cut down junk foods, and start eating more real/whole/healthy foods. It's not going to be easy and it's going to take some time. Be patient, and keep up the effort, and you will get there someday I promise. ;)

過去幾天看過越來越多台灣的公眾人物在叫WHO讓台灣參加. 在現在新冠狀病毒的疫情狀況中我看過阿滴英文跟吳鳳的影片後我也覺得我要試試看自己試試看.
This is an open letter to the World Health Organization about including Taiwan as a member or observer. Why should Taiwan be included in the WHO and WHA?
Over the past few days, more and more figures in Taiwan such as 阿滴英文 Ray Du and 吳鳳 Rifat have been stepping out as proponents of the WHO considering inclusion of Taiwan into the world health organization amid the threat of the 2019 novel coronavirus epidemic. Seeing these pleas has motivated me to do my part.
Dear WHO,
I’m Brian. An American citizen who spent a good portion of my childhood living abroad in St. Kitts, and have been living and working in Taiwan for the past 10 years.
As an American citizen and having lived in St. Kitts and Taiwan, I’ve seen and experienced a wide range of medical facilities, practices, and benefits.
In Taiwan, I’ve without a doubt experienced the best quality of healthcare out of those three places.
Due to the unique history of Taiwan, it has been excluded from participating in the WHO. However, over the past months and especially in the past weeks since the seriousness of this 2019-nCoV outbreak have come to be realized, many leaders and people of influence from around the globe including the USA, Japan, Canada, Germany, Australia and others.
I have faith in Taiwan’s ability to aid in the battle against this new coronavirus, not only because of my knowledge of the affordable healthcare that’s available to all here, but also because the technology and procedures here are extremely modernized.
Taiwan has a highly skilled force of researchers, physicians, and medical professionals who could all be great assets in the worldwide fight to control this outbreak and minimize casualties.
The experience Taiwan has accumulated in the past while dealing with pandemics such as swine flu, mers, and sars have allowed professionals to learn the necessary skills and precautions to take to help thwart these types of outbreaks, and as a member of the who and wha, the skills of these amazing people could help not just in a local level, but on a global scale to contribute to the attainment by all peoples of the highest possible standard of health.
