產前 vs 產後一個月的真實對比 😬

還未生產前，我非常害怕身體的走樣以及體內的變化，畢竟我還是需要回到幕前的啊。生產時的用力與出血、體力的耗損、激素的改變等等，都需要至少六到八週的時間來修養，才能恢復到孕前的生理狀態。月子若坐得好，甚至還能把體質調理得更好。

產前就一直聽長輩說，產後的身體極度虛弱，所以很容易受「產後風」；稍微吹一下風或碰一下水，就會很容易頭痛、發麻、冒冷汗等。我原本不怎麼放在心上，結果有一天站在冷氣風口下一小段時間，當晚就頭疼得不得了。上完廁所洗了手之後沒馬上擦乾，手指關節稍後就有點僵硬發麻不舒服。有了這些經歷，我才很認真看待「產後風」的現象。

所以說蘇合丸是產後必備，可預防感寒、緩解脹氣、健脾化痰，最重要的是袪風鎮痛。我是在每次中午抹身或洗頭（我是在產後10天後才洗頭）之後，就馬上服一包蘇合丸。

產後另一個狀況就是子宮鬆弛及下垂 😢

產後調理丸的功效，就是溫補子宮、加速產後子宮收縮及修復。

子宮是女人的「第二張臉」，修復不理想的話，會導致產後氣色差，或是所謂的媽媽病。而產後調理丸一胎只能服用一次，必須要在產後100天內服用。過了這個黃金期，就沒有修復與溫補子宮的功效了。
