A great day to be remembered!

One of the checklist being a Towerrunner who always wanted to scale up all the tall building in the World, and finally today is one of the day!

@petronastwintowers Petronas Twin Towers, also known as the Tallest Twin Towers in the world and I am so grateful to be able to do the stairs inspection and run up the stairs at an all out effort after the inspection.

It is a beautiful stairs and I love it so much! By far one of the best stairs to run after traveling to so many countries and did the run up all over the tall buildings! It is runable and definitely can clock a fast time.

Thanks to Petronas Twin Towers management, and to all the departments involved on allowing us to come and do the inspection and more opportunities in the future for collaboration!

A young and dedicated athlete studied Sport Science Major in Exercise in University Malaya. Born in the year of 1994, 28th of September in Malaysia. Started his running career in the mid of 18 years old which is in the year 2012. First 10k timing were 55 minutes. And within a year of his running career, he managed to achieve Sub 40 for 10km. Now, his personal best for 5k - 16:04, 5,000m - 16:13 and 10k - 33:26, 10,000m - 35:16 minutes. Aiming to hit 5k - Sub 16 min by year 2017. His first Half Marathon timing were 1:44:51 which He did it without a proper training and is just 3 months right after he started running. In year of 2015, 1st of Feb, He managed to hit a 1:23:59 for Half Marathon with the 7 weeks Training Program. In Year 2017, he also won the Second Overall and Best Malaysian in KL Tower International Towerthon Challenge. With this achievement, it kick start his journey to participate in Vertical World Circuit. He represented Malaysia to Beijing Vertical Run as Elite Category and won 5th placing in his first vertical world circuit. He going to Shanghai, Osaka and Hong Kong for the last three vertical world circuit. Currently supported and sponsored by Garmin Malaysia, World of Sports - Mizuno, NulivScience US (Actigin), High 5 Sports Nutrition Malaysia, Lifeline ID, Beet It Sports Malaysia. He is looking for corporate to provide financial support to him to cover his expenses in joining the vertical world circuit.

Good morning

The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region has over 9,000 high-rise buildings, of which over 1,500 are skyscrapers standing taller than 100 m (328 ft) with 350 buildings over 150 m (492 ft). The tallest building in Hong Kong is the 118-story International Commerce Centre, which stands 484 m (1,588 ft) and is the 12th tallest building in the world. The total built-up height (combined heights) of these skyscrapers is approximately 333.8 km (207 mi), making Hong Kong the world's tallest urban agglomeration. Furthermore, reflective of the city's high population densities, Hong Kong has more inhabitants living at the 15th floor or higher, and more buildings of at least 100 m (328 ft) and 150 m (492 ft) height, than any other city in the world.

This morning got the opportunity to be here at @8conlay Pop-up Lifestyle Gallery in Bukit Bintang to discover the art of urban living at 8 conlay. With the viral news that made the headline saying the buildings are showing a sign of collapsing but is actually not the right fact without fully understanding the architecture of it.

Today we have the opportunity to be here together with Mr. Ar Hud Bakar @hudbkr33 the Principal Director of RSP Architects Sdn Bhd, Dr. Hossein, Founding Principal & Director of Web Structures Pte Ltd and Ms. Joanne Kua, Chief Executive Officer of KSK Group & Managing Director of KSK Land on understanding the whole concept behind 8 conlay.

A wonderful opportunity to find out about the project and the 8 conlay is going to be the World Tallest Twisted Twin Towers featuring a world-class interior design by Steve Leung and Kelly Hoppen in partnership with YOO for the two twisted towers of branded residences called YOO8 serviced by @kempinski Kempinski, also going to be the first and only Kempinski Hotel in Malaysia.

The next focus is the unique design and vision that highlighting both the auspicious inspiration behind the skyline-altering towers (designed by @hudbkr33 ) and the lush landscaping featured across the two sky bridges that link the two residential towers (created by @trop_terrains_openspace of TROP Studio.
