This March school holiday Hot Yo Studio is opening yoga classes to all tweens/teens
.
This class is designed to help teens cope with stress, self-expression & acceptance. Most importantly we want them to move their body, and take a break from the their electronic devices 👩🏻💻
Spaces are limited and mats reserved on first come first served basis
.
Day & Time: Sundays 9am-10am
Date: 24th & 31st March
Age: 8-15 years old
Investment: RM60 (one class), RM80 (two classes)

Ps: The teens yoga class runs concurrent with our adults hot yoga class at 9am. Enquire or book a mat by calling us at 03-62113263
