2016年暑假，看著里約奧運的閉幕式上，日本隊帶來的表演，感動不已，也下定決心一定要達到A標參加東京奧運，完成夢想，五年期間累積太多的汗水與淚水，經歷低低高高的狀態，都相信著自己一定能夠度過辛苦的準備，迎接夢想實現的那天。
在今年五月確定無緣東京奧運後，一直到今天， 近三個月的時間裡，真心感謝身邊的朋友、教練和運科人員，陪我度過情緒極為不穩的日子，時而大哭、偶爾卻能夠雲淡風輕似的聊著沒有選到奧運的心得…..這三個月常常否定自己的努力與付出，打從心底的認為自己是一個廢物，直到和林季嬋教練討論出這張圖表，我才認知到自己有多麼棒，差一點點就可以觸碰到那個遙不可及的奧運殿堂。
曾經以為努力地在十年裡做好一件事，就能成為專家，也自信的以為東京奧運將會是自己游泳生涯的顛峰，至今距離大學一年級乙組的自己已經12年了，巴黎奧運時將來到15年，我要再次選擇相信自己，能夠在15年時創造自己的巔峰。
或許不是最閃耀的那一個，但可以當最永恆的那一個。
