【跳舞，當成賽前熱身？】
.
「教練，你有看奧運嗎？有人在比賽前還在跳舞」
「他這樣有熱身的效果嗎？」
.
不知道大家有沒有看到網路上流傳的影片，在奧運選拔賽時，一位美國的游泳女將，馬上要比賽了，還戴著耳機，沈醉地跳著韓國女團的舞。看的當下覺得很有趣，但後來職業病犯了，就在想跳舞適不適合當成一個比賽前的熱身。

熱身的形式可以有很多種，慢跑、跳繩、踩飛輪、動態伸展、滾筒、踢球等，或球友常開玩笑，説不要騎車，慢跑到5 公里外的網球場就熱好身了。普遍來說，熱身若能符合以下的條件，就可以將自己的身體準備好：

🔸 提高體溫（R, raise）
「冬天時覺得身體很僵硬，剛開始運動時，總覺得比較沒力」

從原本坐在辦公桌，變成在球場上來回衝刺，這樣的過程轉換，身體會需要更多能量。就像是汽車加速，需要燃燒更多的燃料。「體溫的上升」，就是一種能增加身體產生能量的方式，同時，神經傳導速率、軟組織的延展性也會提升。簡單來說，這些現象可以讓肌肉有更多營養、產生更多力量、增加反應能力、同時讓身體更柔軟，能做出大幅度的動作。

🔸 活化將使用的肌肉（A, Activate）/
🔸 活動/鬆動關節（M, Mobilize）
活化肌肉可以想像成「把還在睡覺的人叫起來」，運動前可能是坐著、站著等靜態的活動，使身體還在休眠的狀態。因此，熱身是逐漸增加運動的強度，來提醒身體準備要活動了，尤其針對「運動時會用到的肌群、關節」。

以籃球為例，包含了投籃、衝刺等動作，所以熱身的方式包括：輕鬆墊腳尖、小跑步或跳耀等。

至於活動及鬆動關節，像是有些人會頭轉一轉、手繞圈活動肩膀，來減少軟組織跟關節的緊繃。因為在休息或不動的情況下，關節周圍的肌肉或軟組織會變得比較緊繃或硬。在沒有熱身下直接開始運動或比賽，很常因為肌肉還是僵硬的，突然地大動作或拉扯，就導致受傷。

🔸 逐漸增加運動強度（P, Potentiate）
除了上述，更重要的是要「循序漸進」，運動的強度慢慢提升到比賽或運動的狀態。例如，今天要測驗100公尺衝刺，熱身時，除了將衝刺時用到的肌群、關節活動開來，強度也是「逐漸增強」，可能練習幾趟衝刺，從三成、五成、八成力，最後到全力衝刺，像是給身體一個警訊叫他不要再睡了、要開始了。

🔸 運動心理
上述討論的多是「生理」的影響，但心理因素像是：比賽前的緊張、焦慮等，就可以讓身體變得更僵硬，運動表現馬上打對折。因此大多頂尖運動員都有一套「適合自己的熱身流程、形式」，我們又稱為「儀式（ritual）」，也就是習慣的手勢、動作、音樂、甚至飲食，能讓人更專注在比賽或熱身過程中，不受到外界的影響，例如：賽前吃一塊巧克力、熱身聽搖滾樂、發球前要拉一下褲子、中場休息用毛巾蓋住頭等。

綜合上述，如果跳舞能符合上述的條件，會是一個很好的熱身方式，能讓體溫上升、逐漸增加運動強度、甚至沈浸在舞蹈或音樂中，可能是他的一種「儀式」。可以補足的是「活動到的關節跟肌群」，因為兩種運動使用到的部位可能略有不同，或許這位選手在跳舞前就已經做好動態伸展、活化肌肉等步驟。
