今日便当,看似丰富,其实都是清冰箱菜,基本上为几天来组便当的剩余材料。因为想让父皇近期都喝到味噌汤,但又不嫌单调,一直要思考变化,今天加入了豆浆,当然是自制的,80%有机黄豆+20%有机红腰豆。豆浆和味噌很搭的,汤头会浓郁,父皇刚刚告诉我,味道很棒哦!
至于昨天那个很劲爆的辣椒酱,听朋友的话,加上些番茄丁,辣椒酱只加一小撮,结果完全发挥了辣椒酱的美味,终于还它个清白了,昨天是本母后不会驾驭啦,妄费了好友一番手作心血。角瓜则用前晚蒸干贝的汁做的,好料不浪费。
今日便当似乎是达到了50%蔬菜、25%蛋白质、25%谷类,再加上少许好油的完美组合。
一天至少一餐吃好的,食材尽量多元,但是料理方法可以尽量简单,尊重原味,五颜六色,给身体补充营养,增加活力。
勿勿做便当后,洗头上班,虽然很趕,但是当父皇告诉我便当好好吃时,一切都值得了。
明天正式放假了!
My aim is to prepare at least one good and nutrient dense food in a day for my hubby who always dine out. Today bento is as close to the ratio of 50% veggies, 25% carbo, 25% protein with a dash of healthy oil and fermented food. Missed out the natto in this photo.
