哈達瑜伽Hatha Yoga
Ha是太陽,Tha指月亮,Hatha是求陰陽,兩極調和。課堂中會有陰性和陽性動作,我會因應大家嘅程度去調整課程。課堂亦着重於呼吸與動作之間的協調,係一個比較全面嘅瑜伽練習
拉感治療瑜伽 Yoga Stretch Therapy
透過瑜伽動作去拉筋伸展,舒緩,預防痛症
例如: 舒緩腸胃消化不良,頭痛失眠,肩頸膊痛,小腿水腫
瑜伽輪Yoga Wheel
用輪作為工具,今我哋增加動作嘅穩定性,訓練脊骨嘅柔軟度,深層開肩,輔助做平衡式子(動作), 鍛煉全身,伸展和練力。
✈️ 初級空中瑜伽 Aerial Yoga Basic
吊床布幫我哋通淋巴,將瑜伽動作攻效加張。吊床嘅布+地心吸力可以幫我哋拉伸舒緩得更加深層, 再鍛煉腹力,手力,腳力,全身協調,集中力同平衡力。
🌱陰瑜伽 頌缽療癒🧘♂️
頌缽的振動頻率,聲音可以幫助大家身心放鬆💕課堂入面,運動量不大, 注重休息
我會帶領大家做一啲簡單嘅呼吸練習,陰瑜伽動作,當你進入狀態時,身體會放鬆,呢個時候我會叫大家躺下來享受頌缽聲音,獲得更深層嘅內在休息。
***孕婦,心臟病,長期使用心臟起搏器人仕不適合參與頌缽環節
💕能量塔香X頌缽療癒 工作坊 3小時💕
頌缽療癒部份同上,工作坊有3小時加強用頌缽療癒七輪的效果, 課堂結尾嘅時候有時間會幫大家抽一張神諭卡。
塔香部份,我Partner會教大家製作聖木及鼠尾草塔香,整完可以拎返屋企自己用。
可以用嚟淨化水晶,空間。
初級倒立手平衡
適合想挑戰不同動作的你,初階的倒立和手平衡動作,協助你訓練手腳協調,腹部肌力。

Let me introduce a framework for you to use. It’s a wonderful way to visualise where the balance/imbalance in your life is and allows you to mind map your intentions. It will give you some colour on where to invest your time and energy in 2020!
1. Choose 8 categories for your wheel of life (Family, Friends, Career, Personal Growth, Finance, Relationship, Health & Giving Back)
2. Give a rating to each category (1-10)
3.Identify area(s) of change/improvement/dissatisfaction in each category
4.Create specific action points for the above and set them as goals for 2020
I encourage all of you to dedicate a few minutes to yourself and set some goals for 2020!
