As a Pilates instructor, I need to say this : “Everyone NEEDS Pilates. It is the basis of moving safely and efficiently”. With imbalances in our body, our running gait and patterns may be less ideal but Pilates to fix that ‘underlying’ problem first to help you recruit healthy firing patterns in your global muscles.
