1 botol mineral besar
2 inci Halia muda (diketuk)
1 btg serai (dititik)
Daun pandan 3 helai
Gula merah/gula kabung/gula batu (ikut rasa)
1 Uncang teh (apa2 brand pn bleh)
Lemon
Madu
Caranya
Rebus, halia, serai dan daun pandan selama setengah jam dgn api yg sederhana..bila mendidih biarkan mendidih lg selama 15 min. Letak gula merah atau gula kabung atau gula batu dan kacau sehingga larut. Letak uncang teh selama 5 minit. Tapis
Bila nak minum bleh juga diletak kan hirisan lemon dn sedikit madu jika suka. Minum suam2 atau sejuk pn sedap.
Amalkan seminggu 3 kali..In Shaa Allah

Ingredients
1 Bottles of big minerals
2 Inch Young Ginger (tapped)
1 Btg Lemongrass (point)
Pandan Leaves 3 pieces
Red Sugar / sackcloth sugar / Stone Sugar (follow the taste)
1 Tea Tea (any brand can also)
Lemon
Honey
How
Boiled, Ginger, lemongrass and pandan leaves for half an hour with a simple fire.. when boiling, let it boil again for 15 min. Put Red sugar or sugar sackcloth or rock sugar and stir it up to late. Put Tea Uncang for 5 minutes. Filter
When you want to drink, you can also put a slice of lemon and a little honey if you like it. Drinking cold or cold is also delicious.
Practice a week 3 times.. In Shaa Allah

Being a Birds Nest Ambassador for Zhengdian Birds Nest (正典燕窝) for the 3rd year running, I think I’m qualified enough to show you how to cook birds nest!
You will need:
🔸 10g birds nest ≈ 2 shells as per my video
🔸 300-400ml of water (depending on your preference for texture)
🔸 Dried red dates (preferably deseeded)
🔸 Honey or rock sugar or brown sugar or white sugar or any sweetener of your choice!
🔸 Optional: ginseng, goji berries, wolf berries, or any dried herbs that has a sweet finish
Birds nest is a delicacy that is indeed pricey but with the amount of amino acids and nutritional benefits that are jammed pack in it, it’s really no wonder.
And I have you know, I have visited Zhengdian’s swiftlets sanctuary and it really is a SANCTUARY! The swiftlets live in such a beautiful environment that is brimming with natural insects for feeding and naturally attracted to the homes provided for nesting due to its well-balanced eco-system (likely also largely due to the classical music playing 24/7!)
Another fun fact, swiftlets naturally make about 3-4 nests a year and the nests are only harvested after the chicks leave the nests. These nests are never used again and the swiftlets will build new nests for new chicks so you’ll see that nests are built stacked up on each other!
So contrary to popular belief, harvesting birds’ nest do not at all harm or endanger the swiftlets species and in fact, has the adverse effect of increasing the population as a whole due to the improved methods of harvesting!
So remember, when choosing a birds nest brand, choose wisely! Find a brand that is not only sustainable and eco-friendly but one you can trust isn’t selling bleached or fake birds nest!

Here's a sweet and super simple version of a regional favourite that's sure to please, and a snap to make! Plus, who would have thought that we had a local dessert made from a famous health superfood?!
Bubur Pulut Hitam originated from Indonesia, and has been fondly adopted as a local dessert in Singapore and Malaysia. In old days, black rice was nicknamed "forbidden rice" because, as you probably guessed it, it was reserved for the blue-blooded. Fortunately, as our societies became modern and affluent, these dishes have become available for us to share and enjoy. Although mostly used to decorate dishes today, you can savour its health benefits in the form of this unassuming delicious little dessert - made easy!
In our recipe, we give the rice a right good soak overnight to activate the grains and increase the absorption rate of the nutrients. Then the rice kernels are gently heated up to draw out that beautiful nutty flavour that makes the dish so distinct. We stir in natural rock sugar, and add knots of pandan leaves for that subtle fragrance. The dried longan adds a fruity sweetness and a delightful vibrancy that does a great job of lifting this rich dessert.
Set a timer, sit back, and enjoy a cup of tea, read a good book or mug away at your work/exams while you leave it to do its magic, checking back periodically to give things a little stir. When ready, serve and crown with coconut cream, then relish your noble treat with a cat-in-the-creampot smile, knowing you made something real good without making a dint in your busy day. A real winner!

Brewing Method:
1 teabag + 1 cup of water at 80° - 85°C/ 176° - 185°F
(you don't want to burn the leaves / flowers)
Steep for 3 to 5 minutes and enjoy
Things to remember:
- Each teabag can be steeped 1 – 2 times
- For best results, drink 1 – 2 cups every day
- You may sweeten with a little bit of raw honey, maple syrup or rock sugar
- Do NOT add milk!
Each recipe makes between 20 - 24 sachets
(about 2 tsps. of tea mixture per sachet)
p/s Tea bags can easily be bought from any supermarket / daiso / pound shop / online or you can even make your own with using cheesecloth or muslin.
