今日同大家講吓一個鍛鍊胸肌常做嘅動作 - 平板卧推 Bench Press
首先就訓上塊平板度,然後調較身體位置,大約調到支bar係乳腺(乳頭)上方位置,雙肩放鬆、沉肩、腰背收緊,雙腳放鬆腳踏係地上,握住barbell,握住支bar時手肘不要調得太後(圖1),手腕keep住伸直,跟住吸氣,向上推至手肘微曲同時呼氣(圖2),停一停約1秒,吸氣慢慢返去開始動作(圖1),重復動作。
初學者可以用輕一啲嘅啞鈴或用器械練熟咗個動作先,又或者尋求教練在旁指導,記得安全至上呀!!

Trước ngày quay video này mình đã có một buổi team meeting siêu siêu đông đủ và đặc biệt hơn nữa là mình đã qua nhà bạn gái mình để HỎI CƯỚI bạn ý ? Sau rất nhiều sự cố xảy ra thì mình rất vui và rồi thở phào nhẹ nhõm vì cuối cùng chúng mình đã có thể về chung một nhà rồiii ^^
Chúng mình chưa hẳn đã viết lên một câu chuyện hay về tình yêu, nhưng mình cảm thấy hài lòng với nó và tất cả những gì mình cố gắng thì đến buổi ngày hôm ấy đều như đã được đền đáp. Và mình muốn nhắn nhủ tới các bạn rằng: "Hãy cứ tin vào chính tình yêu của các bạn."
