Since there won't be any event coming up next, I am thinking of creating or breaking World Record.
And so I went to Guiness World Record Website to find out about it.
Current Existing Record.
1. Greatest Vertical Height Stair Climbing in One Hour Male by David Robles Tapia with a vertical height of 1.227 km - Breakable
2. Ran a vertical mile (1.60934km) ascending and descending at the stairs of Westin Hotel, Detroit, Michigan, USA in 1 Hour 38 minutes 5 seconds on 2 February 1982 by Brian McCauliff or Unknown 😅 - Breakable
3.Greatest Vertical Height Stair Climbing in 12 hours by Christian Reidl with a total vertical height of 13145.65 meters! - Most Challenging!
4. Greatest Vertical Height Stair Climbing in 24 hours by Kurt Hess with a total vertical height of 18585 meters. He did it by climbing up and down a 45 m Esterli Tower in Lenzburg, Switzerland (413 times) - Pretty challenging!
Creating New Record
1. Fastest on ascending a 40 floors, (20 steps per floor consists of 10 steps per flight, 800 steps), with a vertical height of 130m (based on my watch's altimeter and I need to measure it by measuring tape or confirm it with the developer on the accurate elevation) - my previous best time 3:48.5 min and I am aiming to finish it at 3:43.13 min (equivalent to 1 mile World Record by Hicham El Guerrouj) - Currently prepare for this.
